Shipping

We ship worldwide using the world renowned Express Mail Service. EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise, offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union. Our packages can be tracked on all international servers by using the EMS tracking number that is provided to you shortly after purchase. In certain cases we may use RMS, Registered Mail services depending on your location.

We currently do not serve the following countries due to stringent import regulations: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Taiwan, Croatia, France, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Romania, Spain, South Africa or the United Arab Emirates.

The shipping time shall will vary based your location. Shipping times may range from 15 to 25 working days, depending on your country and its local post. You will receive a package tracking number within 24 to 48 hours on clearance of payment and you will be intimated on every movement of your package. Refunds and Reshipments

Our dispatch team at States Pharmacy will keep a vigil on every movement of your package and intimate you on email. In the event of problems with your shipment, you will be informed within 24 hours, and we will provide you with a new tracking number immediately and ship a new package for you within 24 to 48 hours. So, do not worry; we 100% guarantee delivery every single time!

We provided free reshipments or full refunds in the following cases:

  • If the package is lost in transit.
  • If the wrong product is delivered. For example: In the rare case that you ordered
  • If wrong quantity of pills are received.

However please be informed that we don't offer refunds or reshipments if you provide an incorrect, incomplete or invalid shipping address, or if you do not accept or collect the order resulting in failed delivery attempt. We will also not offer refunds or reshipments if there is no one to take the parcel at your doorstep, in such cases you will need to go to your local post office to collect your package.

Payment

We are the only Soma shop that accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB, China Credit union, and Discover cards as modes of payment.

Your tracking number will be provided to you within 24 to 48 hours of clearance of your payment in our account. On normal weekdays your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.

If you order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the following business day.
